Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

My available cloud recording storage is almost full. How can I download them to my laptop?

@tmduffy5 , if you go into the recordings tab on the left hand side, you can click on the 3 dots next to the recording and select 'Download'
