Cloud recording disabled

Hello team i m facing a critical problem of cloud recording storage being disabled..Even after deleting more than 40 files including small and big files..it still shows the message that cloud recording has been disabled.  Please delete some files or upgrade..

I have already done the deletiion of many files as I don't really need the upgrade as of now.

Please help me seriously in this regard on how should I approach here to resolve this issue..

Hi @Deepanjan_1990 welcome to the community! You may be getting this error due to amount of Cloud Recording storage used. 

 

What is the limit on the account? You can check this if the Owner or Admin with recording management permissions at https://zoom.us/recording/management.

 

If you are over the usage (dependent on your plan), you will see the following error. Therefore, you will need to either expand on your recording limit or deleting cloud recordings to free up cloud recording storage space.
