Cloud Zoom Recording Missing

I have a link in an email stating my recording on April 22nd was successful and then when I log in to view it, it does not exist! HELP!!

    Hi @KimRoyle , so sorry for the late response. If you log into your Zoom web portal and click "Recordings", do you see your recording there?

    I have the same problem and I followed the steps and it is still missing. can you hep because I have paid participants for these recordings.
