Hi all is there a way for me to know the names or the email addresses of the  viewers of my recording on cloud (which was shared internally), and for how long they have viewed it

    Hi @KeshanS ,

Thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community!

If If a Zoom user is signed in to their account on the web and views or downloads the recording, the views column (Recording > Choose the recording file > recording Analytics >  By View Tab at the bottom) displays their profile name and associated email address. ---> check attached screenshot

Otherwise, their name displays as Guest and no email address is provided.

Check this support article for more details, here.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

There is no way to track how long a particular registrant watched a recording without them having to be logged into a Zoom account? If on-demand registration is required for a recording, Zoom already has the name and email address of the registrant. Why would these registrants then show up as "Guest" in the viewing analytics, instead of being identified by the name and email address they registered with to view the recording?
