Cloud Recordings

Hi all, so I had a number of cloud recordings saved on my account however I ended my paid subscription and no longer have access to the cloud recording feature and therefore none of my old cloud recordings are there. Are these gone? If I reactivate my paid subscription, will those cloud recordings still be on the cloud?

    You cloud recordings are still stored on Zoom's servers, you've just lost access to them when you downgraded back to Basic. If you upgrade back to a Pro account, then you will gain access again.
