Cloud Recordings from Pro to Basic (organization account)
I am a new Zoom admin for an organization and would like to know if Zoom retains the cloud recordings for any users we move to a Basic account.
Things to Note:
- We are currently provisioning Zoom accounts through OneLogin and looking to implement a process where we downgrade their license based on an internal status. Ideally we'd like to be able to do this without losing access to any cloud recordings.
