Cloud Recording of a Meeting taking too long to process

Hi 

I recorded a couple of meetings to the cloud. One of them isn't yet processed although the one after finished processing as usual. This one is not processed yet and it's taking too long. 

Can you please help me solve this issue?

i have the same problem. One important recording is still being processed although the meeting has been closed now since 24+hours ago. Can anybody help, please?
