Cloud Recording API

Currently we have an on premise cloud storage where we store our zoom recordings, rather then the Zoom's cloud storage.  With the on-premise cloud storage recordings, the filenames for the recordings dont carry any identifier to relate it back to the meeting ID's.  So its a nightmare trying to identify what file is for which recording. Is there an API to get current recordings on the on-premise cloud storage and relate it back to the Meeting ID?  Would appreciate any ideas to try and match up recorded files to their meeting ID's.  Thanks.

@ravuvu_j Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please explain the first part of your issue a little more in-depth...

we have an on premise cloud storage -> You have a NAS device connected to your network where everything is saved (locally) & then backed up to the NAS's cloud?

Have you looked in the admin console to see if there is a way to properly name these recordings?

I have escalated this ticket internally. More to come soon!!

Thanks!

@ravuvu_j I was able to connect internally on this topic.

'This is possible with utilization of the API for recordings, the customer would need to create a script to parse the data.'

I was pointed to this dev forum as well.

Let me know if this helps. Thanks!
