Hi Colleagues,

My practice is to set up a Zoom meeting, send the link to clients and then start the meeting. Sometimnes a client tells me that they receive a message that, when they join, I am in another meeting. We are using the same Zoom link (without waiting Room) som it is strange. Any thoughts re solutions?

Rob

If you already have the Zoom client installed and are still encountering issues when trying to join a Zoom meeting, uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall Zoom: Run CleanZoom to uninstall Zoom completely.
