Class's Zoom Cloud Recording

When I try to view my class's zoom cloud recordings from Canvas it keeps saying that I do not have permission and can not view them. Can anyone help me?

Hi @VincentH, 

 My first guess would be that the teacher that hosted the meeting where the recording was completed has some security settings set that is not allowing external views on his/her recordings. That would be the first place that I would check.
