Chromebook meetings, response from Zoom

Firstly, does anyone from Zoom actually read these and address the issues raised?

In particular, for us people who are actually can't afford it who save up for a computer from WalMart for our meetings- job interviews, medical appointments, support activities.  Then this Chromebrook which was perfectly working now isn't working because of low connectivity and it's not on my end.  I believe it's some kind of upgrade from zoom.

FYI, I have worked all my life, and am now disabled.  I have been waiting on SSDI for over two years.  So this sucks.

Thanks, Zoom.  You've let a lot of us down.
