I ran a meeting and asked attendees to record the first 4 digits of their UK postcode in the chat so I could ascertain where they were logging in from. The meeting was recorded onto the computer for later upload to an unlisted area on our company YouTube channel.

The meeting recorded fine but the first half of the chat bearing the above information did not? The remainder of the chat was recorded and I was able to download as a txt document but the most crucial part was missing? Why is this?
