Changing Default Recording Folder

Can anyone help with how to change your default download folder for recorded Zoom sessions? The info online is either old or wrong; they've led to dead ends. Thanks in advance.

I've just found the answer elsewhere, because it was doing my head in too! On the desktop app, click on your profile pic, select "Settings" then "Recording" then click "Change" next to "Storage Location" and you can change the default there.
