Change virtual background to my name on ipad

I have  an ipad, and want to change my virtual background to my name.

It seems that I can only do this using my mac desktop? My desktop does not have video so I use ipad.

I am a slow reader and absorber, and while I have viewed the video, I can't use it as a step by step guide.

 Can anyone give me a step by step guide I can print out and follow?

It would be so helpful, and appreciated.
