Capturing meetings attendees

Hello, 

I set a concurrence meeting and have settings:

- Allow participants to join at anytime 

- NOT checking the 'Only authenticated users can join'

I saw in the Usage report of Zoom meetings, one of my meetings in the past with the same settings recorded the list of attendees. I hosted the same meeting yesterday, 2023/04/20 JST, and it only capture the email of 1 participant who joined early compared to the time set of the meeting. It didn't capture the attendee during the actual meeting. 

I didn't know what I did wrong. What is the reason for that?

I just change the setting to: 

- NOT Allow participants to join at anytime 

-Check the  'Only authenticated users can join'
