Captions on Customized Waiting Room Videos

Hi there,

We have a video that plays our waiting room until the meeting starts, however we've been asked to turn on captions for this video to make it more accessible.

 

I haven't been successful in figuring out how to turn this on/uploading the captions, and I'm wondering if it's possible. Can we turn on captions for preview videos in a customized waiting room?

Zoom captioning is only in meeting sessions. For the waiting room you would need to use a video editor to include the captions as a part of the video prior to uploading the video.
