Cant still zoom

I tried installing zoom but it tells me traffic dll couldnt be found. can i get some help

\Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

copy   Traffic.dll  from  windows  8.1  machine  pc, desktop or laptop onto  usb

then copy  DLL file onto  Windows\system32   and   

c:\windows\SysWow64

Windows-R  ( Run) ,    CMD   - Control-Shift-Enter  (  3 key combo )

dos prompt opens up

RegSvr32  c:\windows\Syswow64\TRAFFIC.dll

RegSvr32  c:\windows\System32\TRAFFIC.dll

register dll

regsvr32.exe "C:\Windows\System32\TRAFFIC.DLL"
