Cant see me live when on zoom

People can not see me on a zoom live all they see is my profile picture. This is on my laptop but if I'm on my phone they can see me. What do I need to do on my laptop in order for them to see my face instead of my profile pic

Hi @Calvinmaplefang ! What happens when you select "Start Video" within your meetings on your laptop?
