Cant find cloud recording?

I had an hour meeting on my iphone 5 hours ago, cant find it on my cloud recordings. Does it take a while for it to show up? Nothings being processed. I am pretty sure i started recording. Was i supposed to stop recording before i ended the call?

    Hello there,

     

    If you are sure you started the recording then it should start to transcode as soon as the last person drops from the call.  An hour long call can (but not often) take some time to process.  I would check to make sure there is nobody left on the call.
