Cant connect to account, and can't connect to conference

When i connect to zoom conference by link, its write i have wrong conference identifier. When i try to start zoom app on my windows and phone(android) its star but logout from my account, after i try yo login and have, a mistake. But when i connect from other internet(phone internet) it work perfect. in files i pinned screanshot where you can see problem.

The very first thing you should do when you can't connect to a Zoom meeting is completely exit out of the Zoom app, then restart it to try again. Open the Task Manager using one of the following ways: Right-click on your taskbar and choose Task Manager from the context menu.

i do that, i can't connect to my account to, but i called my internet providerthay change my ip adress, and all start work, i doesnt now what it was.
