Cannot share audio

I have Zoom workspace and have the latest upgrade.  Even before this upgrade, I am unable to share audio.  

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the zoom application on my desktop.

Attempting to share audio from apple music, whatever the settings, only results in faint static sound.

Are you using bluetooth audio devices? If so disconnect all bluetooth devices and use the native sound card and speakers. On Zoom select share > advanced > computer audio. For music be sure to turn on "original sound for musicians" in audio settings from the main menu.
