Cannot schedule meeting with ZOOM App on Apple Tablet with iPadOS Version 16.7.11

Using the ZOOM app on my Apple Tablet with iPadOS Version 16.7.11, I cannot schedule a meeting by inviting participants with EMAIL. I can prepare the email but there is no way to SEND the email. Although there is a circle with an arrow pointing up, it is GRAYED OUT and there is no response when selecting that symbol.
