Cannot join the meeting via embedded iframe

Hello, we are the product team from EventX.

We use the embedded Zoom link as an iframe on our web site, but it keeps showing "Joining meeting timeout".

Errors:

{type: 'VIDEO', evt: 'ERROR', errorCode: 'NOT_CONNECTED', data: undefined}

{method: 'join', status: false, result: null, errorMessage: 'Fail to join the meeting.', errorCode: 1}

Are you currently using Zoom Meeting SDK for web? I would highly recommend going over this article if you are needing to embed it in an iFrame: https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/13662906729485

Hi @CarlaA  thanks for your response, the issue has been resolved. It turns out that our web SDK is not updated.
