Cannot hear sound from the participants

i cannot hear the voice of the participants. i can only hear static sound

    Hey @SkylarFaith7, if you're having trouble, check out some topics on audio issues here. After reviewing, and all else fails, I would try to Uninstall/Reinstall the Zoom Desktop Client. This will update to our latest version of Zoom: support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362233. I hope this helps!

    There are no files under the hyperlink on audio issues. Note that it was a "update" that started my audio issues. Wow this is unbelievable.....
