Cannot find the result of cloud recording

Hi,

I recorded about 3 hours-long meeting using cloud recording. After over 48 hours later I still cannot find the result. Meanwhile the recording for yesterday's meeting is already available. Kindly advise.

    Hi @asdf123 it's been some time since you've posted this in hopes your cloud recording was able to convert! 😄 Just for future recordings: cloud recordings generally take about 2 times the duration recorded to process, but occasionally may take up to 24 hours due to higher processing loads at that time. You can contact our Zoom technical support and they can further look into your issue if a recording takes longer than 72 hours to process.
