Cannot find option for live straeming in setting

Pease help me.I have upgrade the basic to pro but why in advanced meeting do not have option live streaming. Please help me with this issues.

Please check your web settings to ensure you have enabled Allow livestreaming of meetings. Once that is enabled, you can start a new meeting and the option should be available in your meeting controls. 

Also, please ensure you are recognized as the host of the meeting. Open the Participants panel and ensure (Host) is next to your name.
