Cannot create 40 minute unlimited zoom account for a school email address

Hi Team,

I have an email from my school (@aulactb.edu.vn). I created a zoom account by that email and registered K-12 program.

However, my zoom account couldn't enable the 40-minute unlimited feature. My collages who have the same email domain (@aulactb.edu.vn) could create an unlimited zoom account.

What steps should I do to enable the unlimited feature? What contact point should I contact to check my account?

Thanks,

    Hi @oanhle

Have you requested the k-12 exemption through the blog post? Are all the accounts basic accounts, or are you all on one large account?

    Thank you @Bort

I think I am on a larger account because my collages who have the same email domain (@aulactb.edu.vn) could create an unlimited zoom account. They didn't request the K-12.

A few of us have the same issue but others are fine.

    Thanks,

If you are a member of a larger account, that means you must contact an account admin to request a license be assigned to you, which would allow you to have Zoom meetings without a time limit.

Check the Account Profile page to see who you should contact for your account.
