Cannot connect external audio to my remote users

My remote users cannot hear audio from my DVD device or websites, but they can hear my microphone.

This article goes over how to share sound from other applications while also sharing your screen, as well as how to share sound without sharing the screen visual. Please try this out and let me know if it works for you!
