Cancelling a meeting

I host a recurring meeting, but I’m sick and need to cancel. I don’t have regular registrants, so is there a way to let people know the meeting is cancelled when they attempt to log in? Is there a way to leave a message in a waiting room about a cancellation?

    If you have the Waiting Room option enabled in the backend you will then have the option to Customize Waiting Room. Here, you can add a customized message that those logging in will see when they arrive in the Waiting Room.
