Can two participants speak at the same time in a Zoom meeting without muting the other?

I want to speak while the other participant is playing a musical instrument, and it seems that when one of us is talking, the other will be muted. Is it possible that I can speak and she can play her instrument at the same time without either of us being muted or static?
