Can the raise hand button be separated from the other reactions on a mobile device?

Hello.

I like being able to separate the raise hand button from the other reactions and add it to the toolbar. I don't believe this is an option when joining a meeting on a mobile device, or at least I couldn't get it to work on my iPhone (and I don't have an Android to test it with). 

 

Can mobile device users (iPhone, Android, iPad) see the raise hand button as separate in the toolbar?
