Hello,
I am working with a client, and I am having trouble updating Zoom on their desktop. I have tried downloading it off the website with no success. I have also tried to uninstall Zoom to redownload the latest version but when I try to uninstall it seems like it cannot find the ZoomInstallerFull.msi file and gives me errors (see attachments). I have also tried downloading CleanZoom but that doesn't seem to work either. It's able to run, but nothing happens.
Is there any other options I can do to get this fixed?

I cannot get on Zoom and even though I downloaded their update (which I didn't need to do), it still says that I need to have an update and to contact my IT rep. I am the sole owner of the Zoom. Perhaps Zoom is failing today.
