Can't turn volume down in meetings

Driving me mad

Why?

My phone volume won't turn it down

There is no settings button (in settings) for volume 

Only a mute button

Why?

have the same question.

I followed the Zoom directions and those directions do not seem to have a way to adjust volume only background noise for you speaking.
