Can't turn on microphone

Hello! Today there was a breakdown: when starting a conference, Zoom does not offer any other way than to call a phone number. The microphone is in order, it is visible in the operating system and works in the Zoom settings. But there is no "Connect with computer sound" option. The same thing happens on this account when you start Zoom from your phone. Please help urgently. I need zoom for work. Thank you!
