Can't tell participants are there who's camera is off

I can no longer see the empty box with the name in it of participants who are on my meeting with their cameras off.  How do I fix this?

Click on the View button in the top-right corner of your Zoom window. There is an option to Hide Non-Video Participants. If it is enabled, it will display Show Non-Video Participants. Select that option.
