Can't start a zoom meeting with VPN

Hello, I have a new Mac book pro with VPN (Surfshark) and can't start a zoom meeting. Can anybody help? When the VPN is not on it doesn't works, too.

    I have been experiencing a similar problem during the past month: while on my corporate VPN, I can exchange chat text messages with my colleagues, but neither start/join meetings nor send files/images to a chat
