Can't share original audio

hi,

unfortunately i always have the problem that the original sound doesn't work for a party. i often use zoom to work with audio production software (pro tools, fl studio).

 Recently I had a call and despite trying several things i couldn't hear his original sound within the  audio software and via zoom. for some people it works without problems for some it doesn't and I cant explain why.
I also wonder why i have a separate ''zoomaudiodevice'' driver software inside my audio software on macOS but it is not available on windows computer. Why? (can you download it manually on windows 11)

Anyone know what to do?
