Can't rearrange panels during Zoom meeting

I'm using Windows 10 64-bit latest version on a PC. Lately, during Zoom meetings, I find I can no longer drag and drop the individuals in the Gallery to change their positions with respect to each other, i.e., they remain in whatever position they were in when the meeting started. I'm using latest Zoom version and am one of the participants, not the meeting convener. All the other participants can drag and drop. I can drag and drop when connected via a Win 11 laptop. Ideas?

    I am having the same issue. That was a feature I truly appreciated as I have low vision and could easily move the most important speakers to the places on the screen that are easiest for me to see. I hope there can be a solution in settings or a future update.
