Can't login zoom account on both cell phone and tablet (app)

It used to work well on both devices. Now when I log onto the cell phone app, tablet app will auto logout.

But based on zoom's instruction, "You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time."

@xc_sh , This is an expected behavior as Zoom treats mobile phone and table as a mobile device hence they cannot be used simultaneously.

On the other hand, laptop and mobile device can be used at the same time so you might want to try that as a work around.

This is true if you are logging in using Android mobile and an IPad which has different OS.

Cheers!

But it worked well last time I used it (I'd say a week or two ago). I was able to login on both devices (cell phone and android tablet) and easily switch between devices. Hope they can fix it. Thanks anyway.
