Can't join Breakout Rooms

Hi!

Starting two weeks ago, I am unable to join Zoom Breakout Rooms. This is true if I'm hosting or if there is another Host. I'm an experienced Zoom user and have never had this problem before. A colleague is having the same problem. Any suggestions what needs to be done to fix this glitch?

Are you on the latest version of Zoom software - 5.8.0?

Anecdotally, I think I have seen breakout room oddities when versions are out of date, or mismatched.

Hi I have this problem too. I am using a 2019 Macbook Pro 16" running the latest Zoom V5.8.3 (2240) and it says I'm on the latest version. My problem is as the Host who set up and started the meeting, I cannot se the JOIN option on the "Breakout Rooms - In Progress" pop up window, just:   >]Move To

We can't find a solution.

cant move participant to breakout and cant join too
