Can`t hear anything!

Today I suddenly stopped hearing anyone on video conferences. I tried all the speakers that work, but all in vain. I can't hear the sound at all. It's not my laptop problem, because I can hear any other sites just fine, but not Zoom. I checked my speakers several times, but to no avail. My camera works, my microphones work (all), but I can't hear anything from Zoom. The version is the latest.

Reinstalling didn't help. The only way to get Zoom to work today is to connect from my phone, which is not very convenient. How can I fix this, because I really need Zoom for my studies. I've never had this problem before, but today it just doesn't work at all.

What to do and how to fix it?

2. **Check Headphone Connectivity**:
- For Bluetooth headphones, troubleshoot common Bluetooth issues.
- On Windows devices with wired headphones, adjust the volume mixer settings to ensure the Zoom app is not muted.

3. **Test Your Audio**:
- Record a message to test your microphone.
- Listen to the playback to test your speakers or headphones.

4. **Check Audio Settings**:
- Ensure the correct audio output is selected.
- Adjust sound or volume settings as needed.

5. **Check for Privacy Permissions**:

1. Everything is included.
2. I don't use headphones and Zoom is not disabled in the mix settings.
3. It works, the problem is in Zoom. In other programs, the speakers work perfectly.
4. Everything is fine with it.
5. I don't have Kaspersky antivirus. And I don't think I need it.
6. I use most modern drivers.
7. Use the modern version. Well, I wiped cookies and cash and nothing has changed. I don`t know how that problem appeared. For years I hadn`t any problem.

I am having the same issue, with a new Acer Aspire computer that I'm trying to setup. I have been threw the articles and have had no luck.

I had this very same problem - the one you're describing here - today (Saturday 11/9) - for the first time ever.  I had to resort to connecting ALSO with my phone  to have any audio contact with my "connectee" (she couldn't hear me, nor I her).  I'd just downloaded a BIG Microsoft system update earlier in today - and I was wondering if that is responsible for the problem.  The BOT didn't understand the question.  I see now that you have the same symptoms as I.  Did you ALSO have a bit Microsoft system update just before this problem?  If so, maybe THAT is the cause.

Well, no. The problem is not in it. My system update is the most modern.
