Can't find personal link

Why can't I find "Personal Link" and it's "Customise" options?
There are so many pages about using it. None mentions if it's a restricted feature too.

    The Personal Link requires you be a licensed user on a Business account or higher. If you do not have that option, you likely do not meet the prerequisite

    We have a business account.  I still don't have the option.

    I have a business account as well and in my profile there is no Personal Link listed.  It is frustrating!

    I understand that you  would like to have a customized URL and regarding Vanity URL. Allow me to help
     
    I checked your account -  and I can see that you are subscribed to Zoom Pro plan.
    Please take note that for the Vanity URL feature, there are required plans that needs to be complied.

    Prerequisites for Vanity URL requests

    • Business, Education, Enterprise, or API plan
    • Account owner or admin
    • A custom domain owned by your organization
      Note: Widely used, generic domains, such as @gmail.com or @outlook.com, cannot be used
