Can't find cloud recording

I was recording as a cohost on someone else's pro plan (I have the basic plan) and I pressed record to cloud. It seemed like it was working but I never received the recording and I'm worried that it's because I have the Zoom basic plan. I googled it later and cloud recordings are no longer available to people who have basic plans.  I don't know why it would let me record onto the cloud, though, if that's no longer an option. Is all hope lost? Should I keep waiting for an email? Is the pro plan user going to receive the recording I made instead?

    Hi @bipolarcreative @sarahelhamsmith , thank you for your contributions to the Zoom Community! I apologize that you have not yet received a response from the community.  Can you please check to see if the pro user has the recording under their account? As you stated, having a Pro, Business, or Enterprise account and being a Licensed user are prerequisites for creating a cloud recording. Let me know!
