I accidentally recorded a Zoom meeting to the cloud without a paid account. I then opened a Pro Plan in hopes of locating the recording, but I can't find it. How can I retrieve the recording?

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.
If you recorded a Zoom meeting to the cloud without a paid account, the recording is not accessible because cloud recording is only available to paid plans. After upgrading to a Pro Plan, you will be able to access cloud recordings made after the upgrade. However, any recordings attempted before the upgrade will not be available.

Thank you. I'm trying to understand why Zoom would default to record to the cloud at a time when I wasn't eligible for cloud recording.
