Can't connect to waiting room

Hi, I have a business license and I'm trying to add a video in my waiting room, but I have a pc which cannot connect to waiting room if i put a video in it, otherwise, with my smartphone i can connect to the waiting room and watch the video. Someone have an idea which is the problem on my pc? Zoom is updated and the pc is new. Maybe its windows 11?

    Not clear from your description what your issue is.  Are you trying to add a video to your waiting room?  You went to your settings\customise waiting room and tried to upload a video?    If you get an error try to save the file as a MOV and not MP4.

    Hi, so, I've created this meeting room and i added a video to the waiting room. It all works, excepts for a pc (acer predator with windows 11).  When I try to join with this pc, it cannot join the waiting room. The problem is on my pc, but I cannot understand what it is.

    Did you clear your brower cache?
