Can't connect MS365 account

When I try to connect Zoom to my MS365 account in order to get Outlook calendar integration, I get an error message saying that my MS account (login name) doesn't exist or is wrong.

The same goes for my wife (we share the same MS365 family if that has anything to do with it).

However, this is not correct since we both can log in to our MS accounts using the exact same credentials ...
