Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

You should be logged in as the owner or admin who has the permission to modify account management. 

Once logged in to the web app, go to Account Management > Account Settings > Schedule Meeting and disable Always display "Zoom Meeting" as the meeting topic.

When I set up the meeting, it is not editable
