Can't add dial in option for meetings due to message "No dial-in countries/regions available"

I noticed today that Zoom is not adding a phone option to my meetings. 

 

When I signed into my account and edited a meeting, I see a message beneath my audio settings: "No dial-in countries/regions available"

 

I followed the directions in this article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068094but got held up in tryin got adjust the "Global Dial-In Countries/Regions" setting. There is no edit button, just plain text that says "Not yet".

 

Thoughts?

I had to go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS then AUDIO CONFERENCING, then I enabled TOLL CALL. After that, I could edit the "Global Dial-in Countries/Regions."  I'm all fixed!
