Can't Create Recurring Meeting Anymore

Hi,

I am unable to schedule recurring meetings with no fixed time. There is no button there anymore (only daily, weekly, monthly). Now, when I am trying to make a new recurring meeting it says that my account does not allow it. I have a pro membership and have not had an issue with this before.

Any suggestions?

So far, the Zoom help person gave me a generic response (to click "no fixed time") that did not answer the question.

Hi Julien,

Check the info on this screenshot out. It works. No idea why they chose to alter that simple function. You have to go into your actual Zoom account, not via the App etc.

I'm having the same problem
