Can't Access A Shared Recording

Hello,

I attended a meeting and the host has shared a recording link with me, yet I cannot seem to access it. 

 

I receive this error: 'Recording can’t be viewed.'Access to this recording is restricted due to the web setting. 

 

The host has shared More Settings with me, and there seems to be no issues. Any suggestions?
